These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://coth.localcraftdigital.com (the “Site”), operated by Cricket on the Hearth Staging & Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, transmit spam or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its normal operation.

Inquiries, quotes, and requests

The form on the Site lets you contact us and request a consultation, information, or an estimate. Submitting a form does not create a contract or a confirmed appointment, and any scope, pricing, availability, or estimate shown or discussed is not final until we confirm it with you directly in writing. We may decline or cancel a request at our discretion.

Project photography

Photographs on the Site show completed Cricket on the Hearth Staging & Design projects. Staging is arranged for a property for a limited period, and furnishings shown in a photograph are not represented as belonging to, or remaining with, the property. Where a photograph shows work that was not staging, it is labelled as such on the page.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout, are owned by Cricket on the Hearth Staging & Design or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute the Site’s content without our permission.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, correct, or up to date. Content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Third-party links and services
